A Balinese-born, Chef Adi joined The Ritz-Carlton, Bali in 2018 as Chef de Cuisine.
With 20 years' experience in the culinary world, Chef Adi expand his career from few postings in Singapore and Bali.
Working under supervision of the Director of Culinary, Chef Adi helmet The Beach Grill culinary team in presenting delicious dishes made of fresh ingredients sourced locally, as well as crafting special menu for our guests who celebrate their special occasion.
