A Balinese-born, Chef Angga joined The Ritz-Carlton, Bali in 2023 as Sous Chef

With a passion for culinary excellence and a diverse background in international cuisines, Chef Angga plays a pivotal role in elevating The Beach Grill menu and enhancing the dining experience for the guests under the supervision of the Director of Culinary, Chef Raymond Siek. 

Chef Angga brings years of experience in the culinary industry, honing his skills in renowned establishments across premium and luxury International chain establishments in Bali.  Known for his creativity and commitment to using fresh and locally sourced ingredients, Chef Angga helmet The Beach Grill culinary team, presenting an exclusive menu for our guests who celebrate their special occasion.
